Professor Valsamis Mitsilegas and Fabio Giuffrida publish policy paper on the European Public Prosecutor’s Office for the Centre of European Policy Studies (CEPS)

Professor Valsamis Mitsilegas, Head of the Department of Law, and Fabio Giuffrida, a PhD student in law at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), have published a policy paper on the recent establishment of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office. The policy paper, which reflects a key development in European integration in criminal matters, was commissioned by the leading EU think-tank Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS).
