The seminar will take stock of the implications of the outcome of the ‘Brexit’ referendum for the participation of the United Kingdom in Europe’s area of criminal justice. Speakers will be leading scholars in the field based in the UK and in continental Europe and the seminar will be chaired by one of the leading UK criminal law practitioners.
This seminar will be followed by another event, Roundtable: Asset Recovery, Confiscation and Human Rights starting at 2pm in the same venue.
