My background is in cancer research, having carried out 12 years of research in the field of pituitary tumours and their pathology, focusing on genetics and molecular mechanisms. Other than that I am an avid triathlete and an amateur footballer and like all activities that can be practiced outdoors. I am also a local Maltese and enjoy being an ambassador for our country and encourage our students to explore and enjoy the beauty that Malta and Gozo have to offer whilst doing the best towards achieving their professional goals.Research
