Student satisfaction is higher at Queen Mary University of London than at any other big university in the capital for the second year running, according to the latest results of a nationwide survey of final-year undergraduates.
The 2013 National Student Survey (NSS) questioned UK undergraduates on various aspects of their student experience, including their overall satisfaction.
The NSS survey results show that, in a five-year high, 89 per cent of QM students are satisfied with the quality of their course, three percentage points above the national average.
A large number of our Schools also feature in the top 10 nationally for NSS 2013:
Professor Susan Dilly, Vice-Principal for Teaching and Learning at Queen Mary, welcomed the results: “In addition to improving our own results each year since 2008, we have reinforced our position in London and on a national level, particularly against other Russell Group universities. We are committed to providing an all-round excellent student experience, and the NSS results prove that we listen to what our students want and act on that feedback.”
