We could all be a little bit greener and next week should be the perfect opportunity to start.
QMUL’s Green Mary Week starts on Monday 9 February and runs through to Friday with the aim to raise awareness of climate change and demonstrate how you can lead a low-carbon future.
Based around themed days, including Meat Free Monday and Waste Free Wednesday, Queen Mary Students' Union and QMUL have arranged activities from cooking demonstrations, bike repairs, a stationery giveaway and even an appearance from a robot who passes on advice.
All events are open to staff and students and a summary of each day is listed below while a detailed timetable can be found here www.qmul.ac.uk/about/sustainability
