Professor Stephanie Marshall, Vice-Principal (Education), said: “It was a stunning panel, with absolutely great discussion and everyone there left wanting more.
“The future of the leadership – most particularly academic leadership – of teaching and learning is a key issue for all universities. How best to both listen and respond to the student voice, engage students in co-creation of the educational experience, and deliver an exceptional learner journey leading to outstanding graduate outcomes, is of key concern for all leaders at all levels - both staff and students.”
The event also marked the launch of the recent publication of Strategic Leadership of Change in Higher Education and the fifth edition of A Handbook for Teaching and Learning in Higher Education.
Professor Marshall edited both publications which are available now and include contributions from global higher education thought leaders.
