Starting in September 2020, Queen Mary University of London is guaranteeing a room in London for postgraduate taught students for the duration of their programme.
Queen Mary has over 3,200 bedrooms available on three of our campuses and across vibrant East London in university accommodation or with partner providers, all a short walk or tube ride from each of our five campuses. There are also over 1,000 bedrooms set aside specifically for postgraduate students.
Postgraduate scientists, medics, lawyers, engineers, historians or linguists, or those studying one of our other 300+ postgraduate degrees, will therefore be offered accommodation on or close to the campus where they will be studying.
Postgraduate taught students who wish to take advantage of the new accommodation guarantee should simply accept their offer to study at Queen Mary, then apply for student residences using the link which they will be sent when they accept their offer.
For more information on deadlines and criteria students can visit the application page on our Residences website.
Queen Mary offers a range of postgraduate accommodation, with a variety of options available dependent on budget, from vibrant Whitechapel to up-and-coming Stratford, just one stop away from the Mile End campus on the Central Line. The majority are en-suite single rooms.
