Queen Mary University of London is pleased to announce 10 new permanent academic positions in the Faculty of Science and Engineering. These positions will further strengthen the faculty's rapidly expanding, world-leading research following an excellent performance in the latest UK Research Excellence Framework (REF 2021) in which the university was ranked 7th in the UK based on research quality (i.e., outputs/publications).
The new positions are open to candidates across all areas of science and engineering, with a particular emphasis on research that aligns with the faculty’s Strategic Research Themes and the Research Centres within our five schools:
School of Biological and Behavioural Sciences
School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science
School of Engineering and Materials Science
School of Chemical and Physical Sciences
School of Mathematical Sciences
Queen Mary’s Faculty of Science and Engineering provides an outstanding environment for collaborative research, linking with colleagues across all three of the university’s faculties and supported by partnerships with industry, NHS and other stakeholders.
