Dr Phil Larkin

Dr Phil Larkin works for the Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Select Committee in the House of Commons. In this role, he advises the Committee on issues relating to public administration and policy. He has also worked for the Scrutiny Unit—a small, central unit providing analysis for select committees—and the Trade and Industry Select Committee. Previously, he was Senior Lecturer in Public Policy and Associate Dean of the Faculty of Business and Government at the University of Canberra, Lecturer in Political Science at the Australian National University, and Lecturer in Politics and Public Policy at the University of Hertfordshire. He has published on British politics, Australian politics, legislatures, and political parties. He has a DPhil from the University of Sussex.
