Audio and transcript of an interview with Aly Renwick by Eastside Community Heritage. Renwick was a British Army soldier stationed in Northern Ireland and later a member of the Troops Out Movement. He speaks candidly about his experiences of the Troubles in both capacities. The interview is part of the Eastside Community Heritage project strand entitled ‘Ireland: What was that all about then?’. Eastside Community Heritage is an independent charity based in East London which aims to present community histories to both local and global audiences.
