Video interview with Brian Faulkner, former Northern Ireland Minister of Commerce, by Ronnie Turner for RTE News in February 1969. In January of that year Faulkner resigned as Minister for Commerce in Terence O'Neill's administration over the potential findings on local government in Northern Ireland by the Cameron Commission. In February O'Neill, leader of an increasingly divided Unionist Party, called a General Election in Northern Ireland. In this interview Faulkner discusses the appeal of the Unionist Party to the Catholic electorate.
