On 9 July the Parades Commission ruled that an Orange Order parade could not pass through the Ardoyne area of Belfast on its return journey on 12 July, a decision which led to clashes between protesters and the PSNI in north and east Belfast for several days. On the morning of the proposed parade Brian Rowan discusses tensions in the area. The Nolan Show is a daily current affairs programme on BBC Radio Ulster.
