Audio interview with Brian Rowan, security journalist, by Lisa McAllister for BBC Radio Ulster The Nolan Show on 6 November 2013. Lisa Dorrian went missing at Ballyhalbert in February 2005, presumed to have been abducted and killed by a loyalist paramilitary group. The location of her remains is still unknown. On 4 November 2013 a BBC/RTE documentary entitled ‘The Disappeared’ was broadcast documenting the history of the ‘disappeared’ and the effects of these abductions, killings and secret burials on the families of the victims. In this interview Brian Rowan discusses the Dorrians case and the wider issue of the ‘disappeared’. The Nolan Show is a daily current affairs programme on BBC Radio Ulster.
