Audio interview with Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin, Sinn Féin TD for Cavan-Monaghan, and Jim Wells, DUP MLA for South Down, by Michael Reade for the Michael Reade Show on LMFM on 16 June 2010. The Saville Report, published on 15 June 2010, established that those killed and injured in Derry/Londonderry on Bloody Sunday were innocent victims of British Army violence on that day. These conclusions rejected those of the earlier Widgery Report and prompted British Prime Minister David Cameron to issue a public apology for the events of Bloody Sunday. Ó Caoláin and Wells react to both the conclusion of the Saville Report and David Cameron’s public apology in their interview. The interview is item three on the show’s running order. The Michael Reade Show is a daily current affairs programme on LMFM, a Drogheda based radio station.
