Transcript of an interview with Colin Cramphorn, Acting Chief Constable of the PSNI, by Peter Sissons for BBC Breakfast with Frost. As community tensions mounted in Belfast in early 2002, Cramphorn discusses the relative quietude surrounding the parading issue in the city. Later that day rioting erupted over the Drumcree parade while on 21 July two Catholic and Protestant teenagers were killed in sectarian attacks. Breakfast with Frost was a weekly BBC current affairs programme.
