In early 2013 a new Irish mediation bill was in the process of being drafted. In an attempt to develop understanding of the legislation proposed, the Glencree Centre for Peace and Reconciliation proposed a half-day open seminar on conflict resolution techniques and legal mediation. In this interview Murphy and O’Donnell discuss the mediation practices used in Northern Ireland and their potential implementation elsewhere. Today with Pat Kenny was RTE Radio 1’s daily current affairs programme.
