In this interview Trimble discusses the civil rights movement, Bloody Sunday and the Loyalist Association of Workers’ strike and compares the Sunningdale Agreement with the Belfast Agreement/Good Friday Agreement. History Lessons was a BBC Radio Ulster series which re-interpreted events in Northern Ireland during the Troubles and Peace Process. This is the first part of a five part interview.
