Interview with Emma McDowell for the BBC

Audio interview with Emma McDowell, member of the Civic Forum for Northern Ireland, by the BBC. The Civic Forum of Northern Ireland was established in October 2000 under the Belfast Agreement/Good Friday Agreement. It held the position of a consultative body to the Northern Ireland government on social, economic and cultural issues. McDowell is interviewed on the progress of the forum to date and discusses its organisation and cohesion. Particular focus is given to the contribution of the voluntary sector to the forum.
