Audio interview with Gerry Adams, president of Sinn Féin, by Michael Reade on 4 April 2011 for The Michael Reade Show on LMFM. On 2 April 2011, Ronan Kerr, a Catholic police constable in the PSNI, was killed by a car bomb outside his home in Killyclogher near Omagh. Dissident republicans later claimed responsibility for the attack. Gerry Adams is interviewed two days after the murder and condemns the actions of those responsible. The interview is item two on the show’s running order. The Michael Reade Show is a daily current affairs programme on LMFM, a Drogheda based radio station.
