Video interview with Martin McGuinness, vice president of Sinn Fein, by Charlie Rose for PBS Charlie Rose on 7 September 1995. The Provisional IRA and Combined Loyalist Military Command announced military ceasefires on 31 August 1994 and 13 October 1994 respectively. In this interview McGuinness discusses the stability of these ceasefires and the potential for progress in the Peace Process. Five months later, on 9 February 1996, the Provisional IRA ended their ceasefire detonating a bomb in the London docklands which killed 2 and injured 40.
