Video interview with Shaun Woodward, Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, by news reporters on 25 January 2010. Three days earlier talks between the DUP and Sinn Féin about the devolution of policing and justice powers to the Northern Ireland administration came to an end without agreement. On 25 January Gordon Brown and Brian Cowen travelled to Hillsborough Castle to try and find a solution to the impasse. In this interview Woodward discusses the possibility of negotiating an agreement. On 5 February agreement was reached on the policing and justice powers issues.
