Video interview with William Morgan, former Northern Ireland Minister of Health and Social Services, for RTE News in January 1969. In that same month Brian Faulkner had resigned as Minister for Commerce in Terence O'Neill's administration over the potential findings on local government in Northern Ireland by the Cameron Commission. Morgan discusses the reasons for his own resignation and the future leadership of Terence O'Neill. O'Neill was to resign as Prime Minister of Northern Ireland in April of that year.
