Audio interviews with Alex Kane, former director of communications for the UUP, and Jim Wilson, former UUP MLA for Antrim South, by Stephen Nolan for BBC Radio Ulster The Nolan Show on 2 October 2013. One day previously Danny Morrison published an article on eamonnmallie.com suggesting that the Northern Ireland Assembly might collapse. His comments came after a difficult summer period which saw heightened tensions between the DUP and Sinn Féin on issues such as parading, commemoration and the Maze/Long Kesh peace centre. In this interview Kane and Wilson discuss the future of power-sharing in Northern Ireland in light of these developments. These interviews are followed by comments from callers. The Nolan Show is a daily current affairs programme on BBC Radio Ulster.
