Video interviews with Tony Holland, chairman of the Parades Commission, and David Jones spokesperson for the Portadown Orange Lodge, for ITN on 3 July 2000. Earlier the Parades Commission had ruled that an Orange Order parade could not return from Drumcree to Portadown via the mainly nationalist Garvaghy Road. On 2 and 3 July rioting broke out between loyalist protesters and the security forces over the issue. Holland and Jones discuss the Parades Commission’s ruling.
