Dr Sarah Wolff, Director of the Centre for European Research, spoke to Radio Canada programme Première Heure about Theresa May's draft agreement. She commented on why this agreement is a turning point for Theresa May who is facing strong obstacles in the government but also if the agreement goes to Parliament.
