Exceptional learning environment

We continually invest in our campuses to ensure that all our students have access to the most up-to-date teaching and research facilities. Major campus developments include the iconic Blizard Building, home to some of the largest open-plan laboratories in Europe, and our Dentistry Building, the UK’s first new dental school in forty years. 

Students have access to industry standard software and facilities to ensure they graduate with the skills and confidence for the professional world. These include Bloomberg Trading and Behavioural labs, specialist engineering, aerospace, and bioscience laboratories, an observatory, cinema and performance spaces, and postproduction suites.    

Our campuses offer dedicated teaching and study spaces for postgraduate students, including our Graduate Centre at the Mile End campus and postgraduate accommodation at Aspire Point in Stratford.  

Studentships and bursaries

We offer a generous support package of funding for students studying a masters at Queen Mary, including our Global Talent and Masters Scholarship worth up to £5,000. There are several other scholarships and bursaries available to students depending on the School and subject they are studying. Find out more
