Professor Uma Suthersanen's book (co-edited with Professor Ysolde Gendreau, Université de Montréal) has just been published by Edward Elgar. Entitled "A Shifting Empire: 100 Years of the Copyright Act 1911", the work is the first to trace not only the history of the 1911 Imperial Copyright Act, but also draws upon some of the best scholarship from Australia, Canada, India, Israel, Jamaica, New Zealand, Singapore, and South Africa.
