The Intellectual Property Archive houses the Herchel Smith Intellectual Property Law Collection. This is primarily a resource for academics and doctoral students researching in the area of intellectual property law. The collection is maintained by the Centre for Commercial Law Studies and is located in Room L106 at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies in Russell Square.
Although not part of Queen Mary Libraries, this collection is listed on the Queen Mary Libraries catalogue, and details of visiting arrangements are provided here for convenience.
The collection is available for consultation to all Queen Mary students and staff. Access is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, from 2pm until 6pm. To make an appointment, please contact Malcolm Langley citing the materials you wish to consult and when you would like to visit.
