Is Senior Fellowship right for you?
Senior Fellowship is typically suitable for:

- experienced subject mentors and staff who support those new to teaching;
- experienced staff with School, Institute or Departmental and/or wider teaching and learning support advisory responsibilities within Queen Mary

Ways of applying
Dialogic process
If you decide to apply using the Dialogic process, you’ll need to submit evidence of your practice using an e-portfolio, alongside supporting statements from two referees. You’ll then be invited to a Professional Dialogue to explore and discuss the evidence that you’ve provided.
Written process
If you decide to apply using the Written process, you’ll need to submit a written Account of Professional Practice (APP) and supporting statements from two referees.
Next steps
We suggest that you review the guidance notes and, if you have any questions, book a drop-in session with the team. If you’ve decided that Senior Fellowship is right for you, and you have considered the application route, please book onto one of our SFHEA Application Drafting Workshops.
