When I joined the session I was very stressed, tired, and generally feeling overwhelmed and agitated. By the end of the session I felt soft, connected to my peers, empowered to take on new challenges, and I was more aware of the type of support I give [and] receive— PPSP Trial Participant
Daniela created such an amazing space for us in the zoom sessions. She was an amazing role model demonstrating and guiding us to be soft, open, grounded, and present in the moment. She also role modeled what type of reflections are useful for other people to share and she created flexibility for small-talk and personal bonding, while also keeping us on track and productive— PPSP Trial Participant
I feel like I have created relationships with people I normally wouldn't and I feel really motivated to also maybe think of interdisciplinary research projects based on the connections I have made— PPSP Trial Participant
