As a Peer-Led Team Learning (PLTL) leader for BUS108 Economics for Business and Society, I designed inclusive sessions that catered to diverse learning styles through various teaching methods. By incorporating pen-and-paper exercises, board diagrams, and peer-led problem-solving, I encouraged active participation and critical thinking. Support was extended through digital channels, fostering collaboration and camaraderie among students. In my roles as a course representative and student trustee, I advocated for student welfare and played a key role in institutional decision-making, ensuring that student voices were heard and valued.
