I am delighted to share that my contribution to the ‘Teaching Excellence' project was useful in driving positive change at QMUL. The objective was to understand students’ perception of what constitutes ‘Teaching Excellence’ at Queen Mary University. It was an opportunity to be the voice of the students and present their pain points and highlight the problem areas to the management and provide practical solutions to address these issues. Not to mention, it triggered a lot of conversations among the senior management about the need for change while implementing some of my recommendations.
