Worked on designing and implementing augmented reality guides for essential chemistry laboratory skills. These guides are accessed by students in the form of an interactive hologram through the HoloLens headset whilst they are in the laboratory. Students can book a HoloLens session in the lab, during which they can practise specific skills whilst working through the guides at their own pace in a more relaxed environment. A survey is conducted after each session to gauge the effectiveness of the guides as an alternative to traditional teaching methods, which has so far yielded overwhelmingly encouraging results.
