As a Technology Enhanced Learning Team (TELT) Student Ambassador, I work with students and professional services staff to improve Queen Mary technology services. As Team Leader, I led the revamp of TELT’s QMplus Inductions. We reviewed previous induction lesson plans, student feedback and resources to develop an interactive, engaging and useful session for new Queen Mary students. I am grateful to have had the unique opportunity of supporting this project cycle from conception to fruition. At the end of the inductions, it was fulfilling to hear from students that they found the sessions to be engaging and useful.
