*Due to the short period of time between official results release and the late summer examination period, please be advised that you will not receive as much notice of your individual exam timetable as you receive ahead of the January and May examinations.
The Late Summer Resit (LSR) examination period 2024/25 will take place between the 04 - 15 August 2025.
Examinations held will be resits and first sits. Your LSR examination timetable will be available via your MySIS portal - view our expected publication dates. Neither the Exams Office or your School/Institute will be able to confirm the date of any exam ahead of the timetable being officially published.
Please be advised that the Exams Office does not decide whether you should sit an examination in August or not. If you have any questions about whether you are eligible to sit an exam during the LSR's, please direct them to your School/Institute.
More information concerning re-sits/first sits including the number of attempts you are permitted to take for a module can be found in the Academic Regulations. Your Results release dates are published online.
