Research Culture at Queen Mary
Queen Mary uses the Royal Society definition of research culture, in common with many other universities:
“Research culture encompasses the behaviours, values, expectations, attitudes and norms of our research communities. It influences researchers' career paths and determines the way that research is conducted and communicated.”
As a key element of our Strategy 2030, we are fostering a culture at Queen Mary where impact, innovation and engagement are an innate part of all research activity.
