For information on how to submit project to the facility and get access to the latest technology for high resolution live-cell imaging, please write to Dr Chengchen Wu and for confocal imaging please write to Michaela Egertova.
For information on access to the Elyra please write to Viji Draviam.
All projects (preliminary data) are reviewed to assess feasibility using non-SRM or non-deconvolution microscopes; UKRI funded projects are costed 30GBP/hr while others are costed 45GBP/hr. Experiments run for longer than 6hrs (irrespective of funders) are costed at 20GBP/hr.
The LLS7 allows gentle and long-term high-resolution 3D-imaging of live samples from single cells to embryos. For information on access to the LLS7 please contact Chengchen Wu and Viji Draviam.
For access to the DV Core (funded by CR UK), for photobleaching (FRAP) or live-cell imaging studies, please write to Viji Draviam.
For access to the ETL microscope sponsored by IMSOL, please write to Viji Draviam.
For access to the DV Elite funded by QMUL, please write to Petra Ungerer and Viji Draviam
We have data analysis training course (45GBP/hr), and access to several automated and semi-automated image analysis softwares. We also have access to SIM-FRAP (photokinetics in the super-resolution regime) setup and custom-build method for measuring FRAP recovery rates. For more information, please contact Chengchen Wu and Viji Draviam.
