However, there is no current consensus regarding best practices, nor an established set of policies encouraging sustainable agriculture. This project will study how landscape mosaics of established and novel agricultural practices; and potential policies could affect biodiversity and how biodiversity can provide agricultural ecosystem services (pollination, pest control) in return. This is achieved by adapting a powerful model of biodiversity in natural landscapes to describe agricultural landscapes. Supervisor: Dr Axel Rossberg Research
