The primary objective is to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions delivered via both in-person and digital, particularly their capacity to mitigate the adverse impact of stressful experiences and enhance overall well-being. The target demographic for these interventions is vocational dance students, who often confront a range of potentially stress-inducing life transitions and challenges despite being a non-clinical population. Key components of this interdisciplinary undertaking include the acquisition of expertise in positive psychology interventions, the development of appropriate interventions for the target group, the creation of the smartphone app, and proficiency in delivering these interventions both in person and via the app. By conducting this project, the goal is to generate needed empirical evidence to assess, validate, and refine digital interventions related to positive psychology and mental health. In doing so, the project aspires to contribute to the broader understanding and enhancement of digital tools designed to support well-being and mental health among young individuals.
