Queen Mary University of London’s joint programme in Biomedical Sciences, delivered in partnership with Nanchang University, draws on the academic expertise of both institutions and on the strengths of two distinct educational cultures.
Taught entirely in English, the programme builds on the success of the award-winning joint programme between Queen Mary and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Students who successfully complete the programme are awarded both a University of London BSc and a Bachelor’s in Clinical Medicine from Nanchang University. The jointly-planned programme was approved by the Chinese Ministry of Education in 2013 and recruits around 250 students each year.
You will enjoy the benefits of working at Queen Mary and will be based in the UK, flying business class to Nanchang to teach in short blocks (usually around two weeks). While in Nanchang staff will be housed in high quality hotel accommodation (currently the Crowne Plaza Riverside in Nanchang) and all expenses, including meals, will be paid for.
