The Capstone project was far more than an academic exercise for me; it was a deep dive into the world of Re-Universe, a company passionate about sustainable technology and a project that I chose to work on.
As part of my project, I analysed their financial data, cost structures, and pricing strategies, I crafted actionable plans to boost profitability while staying true to their sustainability goals. This hands-on experience was incredibly rewarding. Seeing how practical, data-driven strategies can drive real change was eye-opening. Every recommendation I made was grounded in solid data, ensuring it was both relevant and feasible.
Working with Re-Universe taught me the importance of clear communication and truly understanding the client’s vision. It wasn’t just about handing over a report; it was about engaging with stakeholders, addressing challenges, and finding solutions together.
As I reflect on my learning journey, for me, the Capstone Project is a transformative experience.— Rishabh Minda
It exposed me to organisations in the UK, their approaches to sustainability and most of all, brought the practical learning element, bridging the gap between theory and practice, preparing me to tackle complex problems and drive meaningful change.
Looking back, the Capstone was the highlight of my MSc Management journey—a challenging, rewarding adventure I highly recommend.
My advice for those seeking to take the module is to go for it and be prepared to put in the work.
You will be challenged, especially working on a project that is new to you, but it is worth it! Take each challenge as a learning experience, reflect on them and keep a reflective diary.
