Abstract
Franco Fiordelisi will discuss a new theoretical framework to link enforcement actions with bank behaviour through corporate culture. Using a sample of enforcement actions in the US between 2006 and 2013, Fiordelisi and his team found empirical evidence that supervisory actions influence bank behaviour at both sanctioned and non-sanctioned banks and corporate culture plays an important role in moderating this relationship.
Guest Speakers
Franco Fiordelisi from the University of Rome III, Italy.
The seminar will be hosted by Professor Sushanta Mallick, School of Business and Management, QMUL.
