On the 14th of September 2017, the School of Business and Management (SBM) at Queen Mary University of London hosted the first UK Social Marketing conference in six years (http://wsmconference.com/london-2017/). The conference included 90 delegates and was a great day of reflection on the past decade of behaviour change in the UK. It was also a great reminder of all of the great work going on in the UK at present and brought together public, private, academic and practice professionals which created great dialogue for groups who don’t always overlap very often.
Professor Jeff French notes the main insights from the keynote speakers of the conference:
All of these can benefit from the application of marketing concepts and techniques.
The conference organisers are grateful for SBM’s and the Marketing Interactions and Consumer Behaviour Research Group’s support.
