We are pleased to announce that our Accounting and Finance BSc has acquired accredited status from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Students graduating from the course after 1 January 2023 will be able to benefit from exemptions to the following ACCA professional accounting exams: Business and Technology, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, and Corporate and Business Law.
This will act as a strong foundation for graduates who are interested in becoming chartered accountants.

Students seeking to gain their ACCA exam exemptions can do so by applying on the ACCA website, after finishing their degrees. Full details on the qualifications required to become an ACCA Chartered Accountant can also be found on the body's website.
About Accounting and Finance BSc
The Accounting and Finance BSc aims to provide students with broad knowledge and insight into the world of corporate finance.
Throughout the course, students will undertake a number of compulsory modules in accounting and finance. They will also be able to choose from a wide range of optional modules, including economics, entrepreneurship, global supply chains, management and leadership.
The course aims to help students develop a wide range of transferrable skills, including critical thinking, analytical problem solving, working in teams, researching, synthesising and communicating information.
