Profile

The PG Quality Assurance and Programmes Manager is responsible for managing the administrative support of postgraduate (PG) programmes, with emphasis on continuously improving programme operations.

They manage and oversee student administration and the support of academic programme directors, developing data-driven solutions to enhance the cycle of academic activities, from enrolment through to graduation.

They coordinate the PG team’s work and work closely with the School’s Exam Board Chair, Associate Dean (Education), Teaching and Learning Manager, School Manager and Student Engagement Manager.

Jenny oversees postgraduate timetabling, module registration, assessment offences and student attendance monitoring. She sits on the the Teaching and Learning Committee, as well as on the PG School Examination Boards and EC Committees.

Jenny line manages the Postgraduate Team, which consists of three PG Programme Administrators. Jenny's team is part of the Teaching and Learning Team, which is lead by the Teaching and Learning Manager.
