On October 21st Sanjeev Goyal (University of Cambridge) will hold the Annual Guest Speaker Lecture, discussing “The Economics of Networked Society”. Prof. Goyal was founding Director of the Cambridge-INET Institute, and currently is Chair of the Faculty of Economics.
He is a pioneer and leading international scholar in the study of social and economic networks. His book, “Connections: an introduction to the economics of networks”, was published in 2007 by Princeton University Press and a Chinese translation was published by Peking University Press in 2010. Prof. Goyal was made a fellow of the British Academy in 2015.
