Introduction to Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an ancient, time-tested traditional Chinese method of self-development that helps the practitioner to develop balanced health for the body and the mind. It is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits

What are the benefits of Tai Chi practice?

  • Becoming calm, centred and grounded
  • Co-ordination, balance, suppleness and skill
  • Harmony of body, mind and spirit, and harmony with natural cycles
