Profile

I joined Queen Mary in 2016 and have taught on a number of courses provided by the Language Centre, including the Science and Engineering Foundation Programme, the Pre-Masters Programme, the Critical Thinking and Writing in Law Programme and on both pre-sessional and in-sessional modules. My current roles include cluster leading in-sessional modules, developing and migrating materials for some in-sessional modules and being involved in the organisation of the annual Language Centre conference. Since completing my MA in Applied Linguistics for English Language Teaching at Queen Mary, where the subject of my dissertation was the use of technology in the language classroom, I have endeavoured to further explore its use and effectiveness in my teaching and to encourage its implementation in the Language Centre.
