He has worked on the Science and Engineering Foundation Programme and taught credit-bearing courses in Academic Writing for Associate students as part of the Insessional Programme. He continues to teach insessional courses and also co-teaches the Multi-Media Materials Development module on the MA in ELT. William's thirty years' teaching experience includes time spent teaching in Turkey and Spain. Following this, he gained an MA in TESOL from the Institute of Education in 1996. Before joining QMUL, William spent six years teaching and teacher-training at the Bell Educational Trust.
