We are delighted to announce the launch of the Gravitational Wave Initiative, a new collaboration led by the School of Physical and Chemical Sciences and the School of Mathematical Sciences that aims to uncover the fundamental nature of gravity in our Universe.
The Initiative brings together the extensive expertise at Queen Mary in the mathematical modelling, numerical simulation and data analysis of gravitational waves. To kick-start this interdisciplinary network and further establish Queen Mary's reputation for excellence in gravitational wave research, on April 18th we will host a number of distinguished guests for a one-day launch event - join us in the Maths building for scientific talks by world-leading experts and a networking reception.
